Clinics

The Health Department of the Velocity Interoperability Network operates six clinics at the principal sites of the Network. Clinics treat minor illness and injury, issue repeat prescriptions, carry out routine monitoring for long-term conditions, and hold vaccination sessions under the Department's vaccination and screening programmes.

Consultations are by appointment; walk-in attendance is accepted for urgent matters. Staff of member organisations and citizens of the Network are treated without charge. Visitors to the Network may use the clinics; a charge may apply for non-urgent care. In a medical emergency, contact the emergency point at your site immediately rather than travelling to a clinic.

Clinics open from Monday 7 September 2026

The six clinics below open between Monday 7 September and Friday 11 September 2026. Opening arrangements were announced in the Newsroom on 6 September 2026.

The clinic register. The register below is maintained by the Department and updated as arrangements change. Sites without a clinic are served by the nearest clinic in the register and by the Department's emergency responders.

Booking an appointment. Appointments at every clinic are arranged in the same way.

  1. Step 1: Write to the Department

Send your name, your staff or citizen identification number, your site and the clinic you wish to attend, with a brief description of the matter, to the Department's email address. Booking requests are answered in order of receipt.

  2. Step 2: Receive your appointment

Appointments are confirmed by email, normally within two working days. If your matter is urgent, attend the clinic without an appointment during opening hours.

  3. Step 3: Bring your records

Bring your staff or citizen identification, your record of vaccinations and details of any regular medicine, in its original packaging where possible.

  4. Step 4: Attend the clinic

Arrive a few minutes before the appointed time. If you cannot attend, write to the Department so that the time can be offered to another patient.
