Health Department of the Velocity Interoperability Network Established

The Health Department of the Velocity Interoperability Network has been formally established. The Department is responsible for health services for the staff of member organisations and for citizens of the Network, including occupational health, clinics at major sites, and emergency response.
With its establishment complete, the Department today launches its official website at health.gov.vin. The site will carry press releases, official statements, current health advice for travellers and staff, and guidance on the services the Department provides.
The opening of the Department's six site clinics, the schedule of its vaccination and screening programmes and its first statistical release are the subject of separate announcements published today. Arrangements for the transfer of patients to hospital care beyond the Network will be announced in the Newsroom once they are agreed. General enquiries may be sent to contact@health.gov.vin.
